You already have your Home Care Aide credential. Now take the next step in your healthcare career.

Our 62-Hour HCA to CNA Bridge Program is designed specifically for currently credentialed Washington State Home Care Aides who are ready to advance their training and work toward becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).

Building on the knowledge and caregiving skills you already have as an HCA, the Bridge Program combines advanced online theory, hands-on CNA skills training, and supervised clinical experience to prepare you for the next level of patient care and the Washington State CNA certification process.

Whether you're looking to expand your clinical skills, pursue new employment opportunities, or continue building your healthcare career, our instructors are committed to helping you make the transition from HCA to CNA with confidence.

Licensure Statement: Sarr Care Academy has applied for licensure under Chapter 28C.10 RCW as a private vocational school.

Advance your caregiving skills with our DSHS - approved specialty training courses designed to help you provide compassionate, confident care while meeting Washington State requirements.

DSHS - Diabetes Specialty – Level 1

This DSHS-approved, 8-hour specialty training provides caregivers with the knowledge and practical strategies needed to safely and compassionately support individuals living with diabetes.

DSHS – Dementia Specialty – Level 1:

Build the knowledge and practical skills needed to support individuals living with dementia through person-centered care approaches.

DSHS – Mental Health Specialty – Level 1:

Gain a deeper understanding of mental health conditions and learn effective strategies for supporting clients with dignity, empathy, and professionalism.

CPR/First Aid/BLS Training:

Sarr Care Academy is pleased to host CPR, First Aid, and Basic Life Support (BLS) training sessions led by an independent CPR instructor. These classes are offered on-site for the convenience of caregivers and healthcare professionals seeking certification or renewal. View the calendar below for upcoming CPR, First Aid, and BLS training dates.
