This course is WA DSHS approved & includes 5 total hours of the following training:

  • Orientation Training

  • Safety Training

This is an online course that uses zoom lectures. You will receive additional course information via email once registered.

This course is designed for the following LTC workers:

  • New LTC hires to fulfill HCA training certification requirements

  • Independent Care providers to fulfill the Individual Provider Training Requirements

On completion of this course, you will understand:

  • Your role as a LTC worker

  • How to complete essential care tasks

  • How to respect client choices and preferences

  • How to keep clients safe

  • How to follow State & employer policies and procedures
